Lakeside Recovery Center is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Pamil Sidhu as the center’s Medical Director

Dr. Sidhu is board certified in family medicine and has medical experience in primary care, obstetrics, and urgent care. She also has specialty training with buprenorphine and is currently enrolled in addiction certification.

Dr. Sidhu’s education includes surgical obstetrics at Deaconess Hospital in Spokane, WA and her Residency training at the University of Wisconsin.

Professionally, Dr. Sidhu is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging, ASAM.

Dr. Sidhu’s professional interests include preventive and integrated medicine, addiction medicine, age-management, and aesthetics. Her personal interests include reading, yoga, hiking, gardening, traveling, nutrition and fitness, and spending time with her family.

An active volunteer, Dr. Sidhu has given her time to serval organization including  the Chicago Department of Health, the Red Cross and the Kaman Foundation.

New Physician, Dr. Arild Lein

Lakeside Recovery Center is proud to announce the addition of Dr. Arild Lein as an addition to the center’s medical staff. Dr. Arild Lein comes to Lakeside Recovery Center with experience in occupational medicine, disability evaluation, sports medicine, primary care, age management, hormone therapy, fitness and integrative medicine. Dr. Lein speaks several languages, including English, Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, and German.

Dr. Lein graduated from University of Wisconsin, Family medicine residency program.

Dr. Lein is an active volunteer and has donated his time with several organizations including Bloomsday, the Chicago Department of Health and the Red Cross.

Professionally, Dr. Lein is interested in biomechanics, integrative medicine, sports medicine, occupational medicine, and musculoskeletal evaluations. His personal interests are in his family life, fitness, philosophy, and soccer.
