Recovery Oasis offers progressive programs tailored to help each patient recover from substance abuse or addiction and put their lives back together. We directly address physical and psychological elements of chemical dependency, and the defeating beliefs that accompany addiction. We recognize addiction is often a family issue. We offer Family Programs to help those who support someone in recovery.
We offer treatment for the following addictions: alcohol, amphetamines, benzodiazepine, cocaine, hallucinogens, inhalants, nicotine/tobacco, cannabis/marijuana, synthetics (such as K2, spice, etc.), methamphetamine (meth), sedatives, and opiates/opioids (or any synthetic derivative).
Individual Therapy: each patient will meet regularly with a dedicated primary counselor. Individual sessions will review individualized treatment plans, assess overall therapeutic progress, and bolster a patient’s chance for long-term recovery success via cognitive behavioral and other modality therapies.
Group Counseling: provides a reality mirror and an opportunity for treatment participants to work through issues common to addiction. Psychological defenses such as denial, deflection, justification, and rationalization dissipate via honest reflection of self while sharing or hearing from other participates doing the same. Our group facilitators are trained to assist in building group support and encouraging feedback.
Group members are rewarded for sharing the difficult subject matters regarding their addiction, and the damage it has caused themselves and others in their lives. This promotes trust and unity which translates into an addict no longer feeling terminally unique, but thankful for their sobriety and the opportunity for new beginnings.
